The cost of shipping your order is based on the total weight of the products you have ordered. This will automatically be added to your cart during checkout. Orders totalling more than ₹5,000 or weighing more than 5 kg will be shipped for free.

Cancellations and Returns
Thank you for shopping at Silai Machine. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you place an order accidentally or change your mind for any reason, you can easily cancel your online order any time before it is shipped. To place a cancellation request, please contact us by phone, email or filling out our contact form here.
After receiving a valid cancellation request, we will initiate a refund for the complete order amount.
- Partial order cancellation is not available. You will need to cancel the complete order.
- Cancellations are not available after orders have been shipped. Please read our return policy below to learn what you can do in these cases.
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it for a refund, replacement or exchange. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
Refunds to your original mode of payment are applicable only if you receive:
- Defective product (damaged, faded or looks significantly different from website image)
- Incorrect product (wrong colour, size or style, or incomplete sets)
In all other cases, we can help you with a replacement of the same product (if available), exchange for a different product of equal value, or refund through an e-voucher with a validity of 1 year.
To be eligible for a return, your item (and accessories, if any):
- Must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition as received.
- Must be in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
A return pick-up will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving your return request. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund, replacement or exchange after inspecting the item.
- We may require images of the product or tags in certain cases.
- All gift card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
- Items on clearance are not eligible for return, unless you have received the wrong product.
Replacements and Exchanges
You can request a replacement or exchange of a product for any reason, as long as the items meet the eligibility requirements for returns. In case of replacement, you can opt to receive the same product in a different size or colour. In case of exchange, you can choose a different product of the same value.
Replacement or exchange items will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the product you have returned. Normal shipping timeframes will apply.
Replacements, exchanges and refunds are free of cost if you receive damaged or incorrect products. However, we reserve the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

Mode of Refund
For both cancelled orders and returned products, you can choose whether to receive the refund amount as an e-voucher or credit to original payment method.
- In case of e-vouchers, the refund will be issued instantly after approval. You can use this voucher to shop for any products in our store, and it will be valid for 1 year from the date it was issued.
- In case of refund to original payment method, the amount will be credited into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card, e-wallet) that was used to make the purchase and should reflect within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and e-wallets.
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still not received your refund, please contact us.
